Ms. Gray's earlier roles at Edwards Lifesciences included serving as the global director of organizational development for supply chain and quality from 2017 to 2020. She also held positions as corporate director of technical training and director of technical training from 2012 to 2016. Her work was instrumental in supporting the company's growth after its spin-off from Baxter Pharmaceuticals in 2000.
Before joining Edwards Lifesciences, Ms. Gray gained valuable experience at WebMD Health Services as an operations performance manager from 2008 to 2009. She also held key training roles at GE Healthcare from 2006 to 2008, where she was recognized as top talent—a testament to her potential as a leader. Her career began with significant contributions at the American Management Association in New York, where she worked from 1993 to 2001. During this time, she played a pivotal role in transitioning traditional classroom content into digital formats, earning the organization its first Interactive Distance Training Network Award.
Ms. Gray's educational background laid a strong foundation for her career achievements. She holds a Master of Science in human resources with a concentration in human and organizational development from the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology at Webster University, which she completed in 1999. Her Bachelor of Arts in journalism and organizational communication from Washington University in St. Louis, obtained in 1992, further honed her communication skills—an asset throughout her professional journey.
