Mr. Faigel's journey began with his role as a program assistant at Cotting School from 2014 to 2018, where he supported students with special needs. Before that, he worked as a residential caregiver for Advocates from 2012 to 2014, supervising individuals with special needs living independently. This experience sparked his passion for teaching younger students essential life skills, leading him to pursue a career in special education.

In addition to his educational roles, Mr. Faigel has been the founder and owner of Jonah's Twisters LLC since 2006. His business allows him to utilize his creativity and patience while working with children at various events. His entrepreneurial spirit is complemented by his commitment to continuous learning, as evidenced by his certifications in transition specialization and time management.

Mr. Faigel's academic background includes a Master of Education in special education and teaching students with moderate disabilities from Simmons College in 2017 and a Bachelor of Science in human development and psychology from Wheelock College in 2012. These academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping his approach to education and supporting his success in the field.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Faigel is actively involved in civic activities. He has volunteered with organizations such as Morningstar Access at Boston Children's Museum and the Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl. His participation in the Jimmy Fund Walk for nearly three decades underscores his commitment to community service.

In his personal life, Mr. Faigel enjoys riding his bike and reading.
