Mr. Francis received an executive management program certification in artificial intelligence (AI) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's MIT Sloan School of Management, ITIL foundation certification in information technology service management from PeopleCert and Six Sigma green belt certification from SixSigma.us. Mr. Francis's contributions extend beyond his primary professional endeavors. Since 2018, he has been a leadership board member of the New Jersey Alteryx User Group. He also began serving on the AI Forum's advisory board in 2020. Previously, Mr. Francis was a coach and judge for the Jersey Shore Debate League from 2015 to 2020.

As an expert in his field, Mr. Francis co-authored 'Leveraging BI Systems to Manage Clinical Studies and CROs' in the Business Intelligence Journal in 2020.
