Mr. Delle-Monache has cultivated a distinguished career in broadcasting and public affairs, marked by his long-standing tenure with Ford Motor Company. Since 1988, he has served as a public affairs radio professional, where he is responsible for arranging interviews with executives when newsworthy information emerges. Mr. Delle-Monache's signature expertise as a writer, producer and director has also been instrumental in his success in his capacity as the president of Delle-Monache Productions, a firm he launched in 1988 and where he showcases his entrepreneurial spirit.

Before stepping into his current roles, Mr. Delle-Monache excelled as a news anchor at WWJ from 1975 to 1987. His tenure there was preceded by his work at WJR from 1972 to 1975, where he specialized in documentaries as a reporter, announcer and music director. His groundbreaking program, "America's Most Misunderstood Disease," for which he was recognized with a national writing award from the Art Writers Foundation of America in 1978, reflects his dedication to impactful storytelling and marked the pinnacle of a range of accolades related to his contributions to the field.

In addition to his broadcasting career, Mr. Delle-Monache has thrived in a series of academic roles. He taught at the rank of adjunct professor at Henry Ford Community College from 1975 to 2003 and held similar positions at Wayne State University from 1980 to 1986 and Oakland Community College from 1975 to 1976. Mr. Delle-Monache also proudly taught speech and broadcasting at Southfield Senior High School from 1969 to 1972 and English, history and speech at the junior high level.

The pursuit of continuous learning prompted Mr. Delle-Monache to pursue a Bachelor of Science in education at Wayne State University, which he completed in 1968. He subsequently earned a Master of Science in mass communications from the same institution, which he finished in 1971. He also demonstrates an abiding interest in civic engagement and served as a board member and the vice president of the BaseLine Folk Society for ten years, and Mr. Delle-Monache also volunteers with Our Lady of Victories.

Throughout his career, Mr. Delle-Monache has humbly accepted various awards for his work in documentaries. In 1982, the Associated Press honored him with the Best Documentary award for "Spelling A Case for Reform," and he received the UPI Award for Best Documentary on Runaways from United Press International. Notably, Mr. Delle-Monache was further acknowledged by the Detroit Press Club for "Students in the 70s," a radio documentary that earned him the Best Documentary award.

To achieve balance and cultivate creativity, Mr. Delle-Monache enjoys playing the guitar and singing, and he also devotes time to reading and following sports. He remains committed to becoming a better person by practicing kindness and humility. He attributes much of his success to the support and influence of his late wife, Patricia, and feels immense gratitude for God's blessings. Additionally, Mr. Delle-Monache cherishes his two children, who continue to be an important inspiration as he persists in pursuing his personal and professional goals.
