His journey into this field was inspired by a chance encounter with a retired state police officer who suggested he explore his entrepreneurial spirit through drug testing. This led him to become a Certified DOT collector and establish a business that now manages drug testing profiles for thousands of employees and services numerous local businesses in the Tampa Bay area.

In addition to his ventures in drug testing, Mr. Stevenson owns The Venue at Hidden Acres Barn, a wedding business that has seen significant growth over its four years of operation. His commitment to quality and community investment is evident in the success of this venture, which has experienced approximately 20% growth annually. Furthermore, he is a managing partner at Rench's Cooling & Heating LLC, a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning company with a longstanding presence in the community for 23 years. His involvement in these businesses reflects his strategic approach to growth and his dedication to serving the needs of his community.

Mr. Stevenson's career began in law enforcement after earning a Bachelor of Arts in sports management from the University of Florida in 2001. Encouraged by Sheriff Charlie Wells who recognized his potential, he joined the police academy and embarked on a 20-year career in law enforcement. Starting as a patrol officer in 2005, he quickly advanced to the ranks of detective, where he spent two decades specializing in various units such as Property Crimes, Robbery, Homicide and Warrants. His exemplary service earned him the Life Saving Award from the sheriff's office.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Stevenson is deeply involved in civic activities. He serves as the president of the Palmetto Athletic & Academic Association, where he raises funds for local schools to support their needs. His commitment to education and athletics is further demonstrated by his own experience as a recipient of a football scholarship to the University of Florida. In 1996, Robby won a National Championship with the Florida Gators when they beat their hated rival the Florida State Seminoles in the Nokia Sugar Bowl 52-20. For his performance in the game Robby came up short for MVP honors to his Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Danny Wuerfful.

Mr. Stevenson's personal life is enriched by his family and passions outside of work. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly and their three daughters, Mallory, Natalie and Abby. His girls participate in activities such as golf, soccer, and gymnastics. As a die-hard Florida Gator Sports fan, he and his family frequently visit Gainesville on weekends to watch games and support his alma mater.

Guided by his faith and values instilled by his grandparents, Mr. Stevenson attributes much of his success to his spiritual foundation.
