Ms. Ardoin's journey at Ally Financial began as a senior accountant in capital markets accounting and a manager, serving from 2011 to 2017. Her earlier career at Bank of America Corporation laid a strong foundation for her success. From 2009 to 2011, she served as a data analyst, following her role as a senior specialist from 2003 to 2009.

Educationally, Ms. Ardoin's background includes a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Grambling State University, completed in 1999. Additionally, she holds a certificate of completion in Leading Through Personal Excellence from Stanford Graduate School of Business via ExecOnline, obtained in 2021.

Furthering her industry expertise, Ms. Ardoin served as treasurer for the Alpha Lambda Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated from 2018 to 2021, and is a member of both the National Association of Black Accountants and the National Association of Parliamentarians. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her leadership and contributions, notably receiving the LEADing the Way Award from Ally Financial in 2014.
