He holds two additional Master of Business Administration degrees from Unisinos: one in finance, earned in 2004, and another in business administration and management, earned in 2003. In addition to his formal education, Mr. Seger has obtained several certifications that have further enhanced his expertise. In 2011, he received the TTI - Técnico em Transações Imobiliárias certification from União Nacional de Instrução, specializing in real estate transactions. He also holds a Corretor de Seguros certification from ENS-Escola de Negócios e Seguros, obtained in 2005, which underscores his proficiency in insurance matters.
