Dr. Patel's professional expertise dates back to 2011 when he first served as a software test engineer consultant at Redbox Automated Retail LLC. He then joined Echo Global Logistics as a senior software development engineer in test from 2014 to 2018, laying the foundation for his extensive knowledge in technology and innovation management.

Highly educated, Dr. Patel earned a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical engineering from Sardar Patel University in 2008 and a Master of Science in electrical engineering from San Francisco Bay University in 2011. His academic achievements culminated in a Doctor of Philosophy in technology and innovation management from National University in 2025.

Dr. Patel's commitment to professional development is further evident through his certifications, including applied generative artificial intelligence (AI) for digital transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, research on social and behavioral focus from the CITI Program, and automation essentials from the Automation Academy by WorkFusion, among others.

A member of the Chicago Quality Assurance Association and PNSQC™, these professional memberships have been pivotal in Dr. Patel's ability to remain at the forefront of his field.
