He dedicated 10 days to locating everyone in the local office to account for their safety, after which he began supporting customers in the region.

Additionally, in 2000, Mr. Shahroozi helped a start-up company navigate its initial market entry into a commercial biotechnology large scale project in South Korea. His efforts were also instrumental in aiding Samsung and Lotte in establishing their biologics division, which has evolved into Samsung Biologics, etc. He also played a pivotal role in BHP Billiton's groundbreaking mega-mining project entry into the use of large scale modules pre-assembly implementation built in China and shipped to Western Australia, defying skepticism about the feasibility of such an endeavor.

Moreover, in response to an urgent public health issue concerning anthrax in the United States, Mr. Shahroozi assisted in converting a California facility for the production of anthrax vaccines in record time, showcasing his adaptability and commitment in critical situations. Mr. Shahroozi's educational background has been a cornerstone of his success.
