Ms. Lee serves as a counselor, mentor, parent and advocate to her students, helping them realize their potential and achieve academic success. Her expertise in relating to her students is evident in her ability to inspire them to believe in themselves and strive for excellence.

Before her present position, Ms. Lee taught at Temple Baptist Church Preschool from 2010 to 2017. During this time, she honed her skills in early childhood education, laying the foundation for her future work with older students. Her dedication to nurturing young minds was evident as Ms. Lee fostered a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Ms. Lee's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in elementary education with an emphasis on special education from Ashworth College in Norcross, Georgia, which she completed in 2017. This academic achievement has been instrumental in her ability to address the diverse needs of her students and implement effective teaching strategies. Additionally, Ms. Lee holds a pilot's license, obtained in 1996.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Ms. Lee is actively involved in various civic organizations. As the founder of the Care Project within the JAG program, she continues to extend her influence beyond the classroom. She is also a member of the First Baptist Church of Crowville and the Merge Christian Choir. Ms. Lee's volunteer work includes counseling abused women and children during Christmas and Thanksgiving at Wellspring.

Ms. Lee's contributions have not gone unnoticed. She has received several accolades for her work, including the Peak Performance Award for the 2023-2024 school year, the Rising Star Award in 2024, and national recognition as an outstanding specialist that same year. Ms. Lee's determination and refusal to let others dictate her path have been key factors in her success. A former car racer in her early 20s, Ms. Lee brings that same passion and drive to all aspects of her life.
