She earned the professional traffic operations engineer certification from the Transportation Professional Certification Board and holds professional engineer licenses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. Additionally, Ms. Ware possesses a safety technician certification from the International Municipal Signal Association.
