Ms. Joseph is a distinguished professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as a global human resources manager at SquareGPS Inc. Before joining SquareGPS Inc., Ms. Joseph served as a human resources specialist at Technology Partners from 2021 to 2022, where she managed the company's immigration program, including case management, I-9 audits and visa processes. She also supported key generalist functions, including policy compliance, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration and employee engagement.

From 2015 to 2021, Ms. Joseph held dual roles at Monarch Immigrant Services (formerly Bilingual International Assistant Services), serving as a human resources manager and program coordinator for the Citizenship Project. In her HR capacity, she established the department from the ground up, developing policies, streamlining records and leading staff development initiatives. As program coordinator, Ms. Joseph managed a Missouri statewide legal services project, led a team of seven case workers and administered a nearly $200,000 annual budget. In recognition of her outstanding service, she received the organization's Excellence Award in 2020.

Ms. Joseph's earlier career includes roles as an international student advisor at ESL Academy at Computer Systems Institute (Chicago) between 2012 and 2013, where she exceeded enrollment goals by recruiting over 150 students from 57 countries. At the outset of her career, Ms. Joseph was an international research and development consultant at GU Communications Inc., where she conducted comparative analyses of social and investment conditions in less developed countries and the U.S. health care system.

Ms. Joseph's academic background includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis, which she completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts in behavior and social sciences from East-West University (Chicago, IL), which she earned in 2009. Back in her home country (Russia) Ms. Joseph completed a Master of Science Degree in Ecology and Geography at Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University (formerly known as Immanuel Kant Russian State University).

Her professional credentials are further bolstered by several certifications; she is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management, a formerly Accredited Representative through the U.S. Department of Justice and a notary public through the Missouri Secretary of State.

Known for her civic involvement, Ms. Joseph is actively engaged with various organizations, such as the SHRM of Greater St. Louis. Her contributions also include serving as a board member for the Tiffany Community Association from 2018 to 2019 and volunteering as an ESL tutor for the Immigrant and Refugee Women's Program between 2010 and 2015. Additionally, Ms. Joseph provides pro bono services to Ukrainian refugees and volunteers with the local Girl Scout troop.

Looking ahead, Ms. Joseph aims to take on a leadership role within a global organization, where she can continue to champion inclusive cultures that prioritize employee well-being.
