Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Little's career is marked by a profound dedication to the auto industry, where he has spent 33 years honing his skills and making significant contributions. His ability to repair malfunctioning generators and blackout lights earned him the nickname "Tommy Transformer," a testament to his quick problem-solving abilities and technical prowess.
After sustaining an injury while on active duty, Mr. Little transitioned from working as an electrician to pursuing an education in computer engineering technology. Supported by the VA, he obtained a certificate of education in computer engineering technology from the National Education Center, previously known as RETS Electronics, in 1990. This educational background laid the foundation for his successful career in the auto industry.
Mr. Little attributes much of his success to his remarkable memory, which has been a key factor in his professional achievements. His ability to recall crucial information effortlessly has not only impressed colleagues but also influenced his brother to join the auto industry. This exceptional memory continues to serve him well as he navigates complex projects and challenges.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Little is actively involved with civic-minded organizations, such as the American Legion, reflecting his commitment to community service and support for veterans.
