Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico, she continues to expand her knowledge and skills.

Additionally, she has participated in the executive leadership program with Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity. Actively involved in professional and civic organizations, Ms. Duran is a member of the Project Management Institute and holds leadership positions in groups such as the UNM Staff Council and Staff Success Committee.
