Mr. Zaman's earlier roles included serving as the Russia marketing director in Moscow City in 2012 and as the European marketing communications director between 2010 and 2012. Between 2008 and 2009, he was the European consumer marketing director at Amway Europe.

Mr. Zaman's earlier tenure at Amway Corporation began with roles such as marketing assistant, portfolio manager and product manager. Throughout his career journey, he has been most proud of his ability to support those he worked alongside, particularly the Amway distributors. Mr. Zaman had the opportunity to collaborate with distributor leaders early in their entrepreneurship journeys and witnessed their growth and development.
