She earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Maryville University in 2012, following a Master's Degree from the University of Missouri in 2008 and an education specialist degree from Lindenwood University in 2004. Her educational journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in social work from Lane College and a Master of Arts from Webster University in 2000. These accomplishments were fueled by the encouragement of her family, particularly her aunt, whose own academic success inspired Dr. Morrow to pursue excellence.

Dr. Morrow has been a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated for thirty-eight years. The organization fosters a strong sense of sisterhood, providing a network of support and lifelong friendships. The sorority was founded on three basic principles: Scholarship, Public Service, and Sisterhood to address the needs of their communities.

The sisterhood participates in a wide range of programs and initiatives that promotes: Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and Political Awareness.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Morrow is actively involved in various civic and community initiatives. She volunteers with a Saturday tutoring program at her local church and donates $5,000 annually to St. James Missionary Baptist Church Pastor Ernest Polk, Jackson, Tennessee. Her contributions to education have been recognized with several awards, including the Peabody Energy Leaders in Education Award and the Pettus Award of Excellence.

As an author, Dr. Morrow has published numerous works that reflect her commitment to education and personal development.
