ST. AUGUSTINE, FL, July 24, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Albert "Al" E. Depew, president of Depew Tax/Estate Planning, was selected by Marquis Who's Who for a prominent feature in the June/July/August 2025 Central/West Coast Florida issue of GQ magazine.

Driven forward by his sincere desire to aid individuals through taxation guidance, Dr. Depew has thrived as the president of the eponymous Depew Tax/Estate Planning for more than 50 years, beginning in 1971. Over the course of his extensive career, Dr. Depew has worked in collaboration with attorneys and judges to help his clients with retirement planning. Notably, much of his work is supplemented with word-of-mouth referrals, lending itself to the reliable nature of his business and work ethic.

Prior to commencing his organization, Dr. Depew served with the United States Navy during the Vietnam War, working with the Walter Reed Medical Center and the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Drawing upon his master's degree in pharmacology, he worked as a hospital corpsman and surgical assistant for Vietnam returnees. To remain connected with his military roots, Dr. Depew has continued his affiliation with Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.

Adjacent to his professional ventures, Dr. Depew has allocated his time to his community in numerous capacities. Serving as the vice president of the Butler County Drug and Alcohol Board, Butler County Against Heroin and Play Ball for Kids, he is also recognized as the secretary of the North Main Street Church of God and a member of Gideon's International, helping the latter by traveling to the Butler County Prison to educate inmates about faith.

Dr. Depew is a financial analyst and accredited estate planner. As a testament to his resounding success in his industry, he was honored with the Lifetime Award for 50 Years as an Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils in 2021. Outside of his primary endeavors, he also contributed to the financial planning of the "Chronologically Gifted" series in 1973. In accounting for his success, he credits the support and encouragement of his grandmother, Jennie Depew, whose poetry and compassionate demeanor inspired him. Likewise, he finds great comfort and support from his wife, Joan, who taught him how to relax and enjoy the small things in life. Dr. Depew aims to continue experiencing the success of his career in the forthcoming future.

EDUCATION HIGHLIGHTS
To prepare for his career in estate and retirement planning, Dr. Depew pursued a formal education at Grove City College, from which he received a bachelor's degree in 1968. He subsequently earned a Master of Science in financial services from American College in 1975 and a doctorate in estate planning from the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils in 1992.
