Mr. Mendoza's professional credentials are further bolstered by certifications, including engineer in training from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying, planning and scheduling professional from AACE International, and project management professional from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Inc. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Mendoza is actively involved with several industry-related organizations, including PMI, ALPFA Foundation Inc., and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International.
