Her ability to engage with professional sports teams and enhance fan experiences further underscores her proficiency in advisory services and curriculum design. Ms. Drum's consulting expertise is marked by her notable achievement of significantly improving the customer experience ranking of an automotive company during her tenure there. Her earlier roles include senior learning specialist at Wyndham Vacation Ownership from 2010 to 2013 and program analyst at Delex Systems Inc. in 2010. These positions allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of training modules and project management.

Ms. Drum's career began at The Walt Disney Company, where she held various roles from 2002 to 2009, including frontline operations cast member, projects coordinator, project training specialist and senior training evaluation analyst. Her contributions were recognized with a project innovation award at Disney, highlighting her commitment to excellence in training operations. Ms. Drum was also selected to welcome new Cast Members at Disney Traditions as a facilitator from 2007 to 2008.

Ms. Drum holds a Master of Arts in instructional technology from the University of Central Florida, earned in 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in organizational communication from Winona State University, completed in 2004. She also obtained a certificate in project management from Stetson University in 2017. These academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping her career path and success.

In addition to her professional work, Ms. Drum is actively engaged in the Greater Orlando Organization Development Network and is a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts of the United States of America.
