Ms. Sowers' academic background is inspiring, having pursued her studies while employed full-time. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2017, following a Bachelor of Science in operations management and analysis from Indiana State University, which she obtained in 2009. In addition to her formal education, Ms. Sowers is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute Inc., a credential she achieved in 2020.
