LYNCHBURG, VA, July 29, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Randolph Hellmuth Pirtle has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. Mr. Pirtle has established a distinguished career in the health care and consulting sectors, marked by his expertise in advancing large data systems, organizational leadership, and marketing. From 2017 to 2022, he led a community health center in central Virginia as CEO where he implemented care management programs and expanded services to additional communities. Since 2022, he has served as a governance and administration surveyor in primary health care with the Management Solutions Consulting Group. Concurrently, he has been an independent health care consultant since 2021, offering his skills, insights and expertise to various clients.

From 2013 to 2016, Mr. Pirtle held the position of vice president and chief operations officer at Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners. During this tenure, he founded the largest multi-specialty group in eastern Florida and established governance and management structures within complex Stark and provider-based requirements. His leadership brought all physician divisions of the East Florida Region of Adventist Health System into the top decile for Press-Ganey patient satisfaction overall measures.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Pirtle leveraged his knowledge of both cable television and computer systems, joining the start-up team of Sacramento Cable Television. Later, he transitioned to a defense contractor role as a logistics systems specialist developing and supporting high security military logistics systems. After focusing his career on the healthcare industry, Mr. Pirtle contributed to the County of Merced in its development of a statewide public safety net system, and also served as an IT director for an international healthcare company, where he played a pivotal role in automating operations and managing a significant health information online record system. In addition to Adventist Health System, his medical practice executive roles included years of service leading community health centers and rural health center systems in California and Virginia. At Sutter Health Foundation he led his team to being rated the #1 medical group in the State of California's CCHRI PAS 2010 P4P Summary Results.

Mr. Pirtle's academic background laid a strong foundation for his professional achievements. He earned a master's degree in health care administration and management from Chapman University in 1990 after completing his bachelor's degree in psychology summa cum laude at the University of California, Davis in 1982. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through his fellowship with the American College of Medical Practice Executives and his designation as a Geiger Gibson Health Policy Fellow at The George Washington University-Milken Institute School of Public Health in 2019.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Pirtle is actively involved in civic organizations. He currently serves as a division command officer with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and volunteers with the National Center for Healthy Veterans.

His passion for writing complements his interests in learning, photography, hiking, outdoor activities, sports and watch collecting. Overall, Mr. Pirtle attributes much of his success to his supportive marriage to Alice and their shared values. Together, they have two children. He was originally inspired to enter healthcare by his family's long history in the industry.
