In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Boner is actively involved in industry-related organizations such as the Construction Leadership Committee of the Associated General Contractors of Wyoming, where he has been a member for two years. His dedication to the field is further exemplified by his receipt of the Project of the Year award twice at Oftedal Construction Inc., recognizing his excellence in production, quality, finance, accounting and administration work. Mr. Boner's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in engineering technology from Black Hills State University, which he obtained in 2017. His academic achievements have been complemented by numerous certifications from the Wyoming Department of Transportation, including asphalt cement technician, soils and aggregate technician and Portland cement concrete technician. Additionally, he holds certifications in industrial leadership, lean concepts and management, management methods and construction technology.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Boner is committed to civic engagement through involvement with private charitable funds, church activities and local child programs. He has also been recognized as the Young Contractor of the Year by the Associated General Contractors of Wyoming for his contributions to the industry.

In his personal life, Mr. Boner enjoys sports, playing golf, cooking, grilling and traveling. He is also dedicated to spending quality time with his son and wife.
