After two years, she moved to the sales side, working with Google and AdWords customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland. In 2015, Ms. Turlapati joined Microsoft as a senior account manager before advancing to senior industry manager. During her tenure at Microsoft, she served on the board of ADCOLOR as an advisory board member and collaborated with other leaders in similar fields to celebrate people of color within the creative industry. Her involvement in initiatives like ADCOLOR Futures was particularly rewarding, as she played a key role in identifying and nurturing the next generation of leaders in the advertising, marketing, media, and public relations industries.

Ms. Turlapati's academic background has been instrumental in her professional achievements. She earned a Master of Science in information technology from Anna University's Velammal Engineering College in 2005, following a bachelor's degree in computer applications from Osmania University's Siddhartha Degree College in 2002. Her drive to achieve excellence was inspired by her parents who attended law school and practiced law while Ms. Turlapati was in high school.
