His early career included positions as a floor supervisor at Kenneth Cole Productions from 2008 to 2012 and as a supervisor at Aldo Group from 2007 to 2008.

Mr. Falcón holds a Master of Science in global leadership from the University of San Diego and a Master of Business Administration from CETYS Universidad, both earned in 2023. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the City University of Seattle and a bachelor's degree in international business from CETYS Universidad, both of which he completed in 2009. His educational background is further complemented by coursework in international business management at Preparatoria Federal Lazaro Cardenas in 2005.
