During this time, she excelled in enhancing customer interactions and driving sales growth, working with the national government team on hospital projects, sales and distribution. Ms. Licciardi's tenure at Abbott began in 2019 as an acquisition key account manager senior representative.

Ms. Licciardi's career in the medical field began with her role as a medical sales consultant at BD from 2008 to 2019. This position enabled her to navigate the complexities of hospital environments and build extensive networks, resulting in her ranking in the top 1% in the country and placing 26th globally. Before joining BD, Ms. Licciardi excelled as a senior account manager at CIBA Vision between 2003 and 2008. Her ability to excel in professional selling skills during this period introduced her to the medical field, which she had considered pursuing during her college years.

Ms. Licciardi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of the Pacific, completed in 2000. She also completed John Maxwell Leadership Training and is working toward speaker certification. In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Licciardi is actively involved in civic organizations, such as The Compass Church, and volunteered with the four year olds at Bayside Church in California. She has also been a member of the Junior League of Sacramento since 2012, reflecting her commitment to community service.
