In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Cubbage serves as the senior director of quality operations at Bracco Diagnostics Inc. (BDI), a role he has held since 2021. In this capacity, he oversees the production of contrast media and is responsible for decision-making that identifies risks and mitigates challenges to ensure quality and compliance for all manufactured products. His expertise in contract manufacturing, quality assurance, leadership, compliance, and risk management has been instrumental in maintaining high standards and fostering cohesive team operations. Prior to this role, he served as director of quality operations from 2016 to 2021 and as senior manager from 2013 to 2016 at BDI.

Mr. Cubbage's career includes several roles that laid the foundation for his expertise in quality assurance. From 2011 to 2013, he was a quality assurance manager for external manufacturing at McNeil Consumer Healthcare supporting multiple product technology transfer and commercial product launches. Before that, he worked as a quality assurance manager for external operations at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals from 2008 to 2011, serving as the quality assurance lead for the commercial product launch of Xiaflex.

His earlier positions include serving as a senior QA specialist at Alkermes from 2006 to 2008 and as a quality assurance specialist within the global biologics supply chain at Johnson & Johnson from 2004 to 2011. From 2002 to 2004, he was a quality associate II at Centocor, following a supervisory role at Merck & Co. Inc. from 1998 to 2002, where he oversaw Hepatitis A vaccine production. Throughout these roles, Mr. Cubbage has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, earning eight excellence awards between 2021 and 2024 for completing collaborative corporate project initiatives and goals.

Mr. Cubbage's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in microbiology from West Chester University, completed in 1997. The work ethic and structure he developed through playing football during high school and college have significantly contributed to his professional achievements. He also attributes his success to diligence and a strong sense of purpose instilled by his parents and older siblings.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Cubbage is actively involved in civic-minded organizations.
