He has held a civilian secret clearance from Oracle since 2022 and previously held a top secret clearance from the U.S. Army between 2014 and 2019.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Leno is deeply committed to community service. He founded Mentorship, Counseling and Cognitive Clarity Implementation for Young Professionals, guiding young volunteers at shelters during holidays.
