In addition to his current roles, Mr. Mack has been a technical consultant with E-9 Corporation since 2011. His responsibilities include providing strategic insights and solutions to the organization's complex challenges. From 2009 to 2011, he was the senior project manager for force protection at Cortek Inc., where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the safety and security measures for military personnel.

Mr. Mack's career also includes his tenure as a curriculum project manager at Kaseman from 2007 to 2009. During this period, he played a pivotal role in developing educational programs that equipped military personnel with the essential skills and knowledge they needed. His earlier experience as an operations researcher at Northrop Grumman Corporation, from 2002 to 2006, allowed him to make significant contributions to research and development projects that supported national defense objectives.

Mr. Mack's military service as a nuclear, biological and chemical warfare specialist in the U.S. Army from 1976 to 1997 laid the foundation for his extensive expertise in defense strategies. During his time in the Army, he worked on groundbreaking programs under the direction of Colin Powell, including the development of the Biological Integrated Detection System (BIDS) at Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland. This system remains a critical asset for military operations today.

Mr. Mack's academic achievements have been instrumental in his professional success. He holds a Master of Science in project management from Liberty International University, earned in 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in biotechnology and management from the University of Maryland, completed in 1999. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in epidemiology at the University of Maryland. Additionally, Mr. Mack is a certified project management professional, which has further enhanced his ability to lead complex projects effectively.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Mack is actively involved in civic organizations, including Christ Chapel, food banks, and Action Through Community Services. His dedication to community service is complemented by numerous accolades, including the Military Order of the Dragon from the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1990 and the Bill Clinton Appreciation Award in 1997.
