Mr. Hawk's career began with the United States Army, where he served in various capacities from 2006 to 2015. Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Hawk is deeply engaged in civic and community initiatives. He is an active member of Hope Community Church and has dedicated significant time to coaching youth sports. From 2018 to 2020, he served as head coach for the Wichita Regional Soccer Association, and from 2019 to 2023, he led teams in the Wichita Heights Junior Baseball and Softball League at the Andover Recreation Center. Mr. Hawk's commitment to volunteerism was honored with the PMI Volunteer of the Year award, recognizing his work as an education trainer with PMI Wichita from 2016 to 2018.
