Before joining HomeSmart, Ms. Webb traveled the world with her husband, being relocated 13 times over a span of 35 years, always working or volunteering her time to make a difference in the location she was living in. Her diverse work history also included multiple tenures with United Airlines, during which she consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, being rehired and promoted several times.

Ms. Webb's educational background includes many college credits however she feels most of her education has come from the university of "hard knocks" and she has always worked to be a better student of the world and human behavior. Ms. Webb's career was further enriched by her involvement in industry-related organizations, including the Green Valley/Sahuarita Association of Realtors®, where she served as a director for three years.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Ms. Webb has been and is actively involved in civic activities. She was the chairperson for an International Woman's Day in Taiwan, director for a not-for-profit welcome and information center in Taiwan, membership coordinator for the International Women's Group in Slovakia, and secretary for the American Legion Riders. In many cases she organized charity events and then funded the charity organizations that needed it the most, further underscoring her dedication to community service.

In recognition of her accomplishments, Ms. Webb has been featured many times in the "Local Realtor® Spotlight," a publication that highlighted her contributions to the field and local community. Additionally, her commitment to understanding client needs and facilitating seamless relocations has earned her the prestigious 2023 Agent of the Year award, selling more than two-dozen homes. Ms. Webb also earned the HomeSmart President's Club award, indicating she was in the top 500 selling Realtors of over 16,000 agents worldwide. She has also won a HomeSmart Diamond Award for 2023 and 2025 indicating high sales volume.

Ms. Webb attributes her success to the values instilled in her by her father, which include honesty, compassion, respect for others and humility. She also notes her faith and extensive travel experiences. These elements have shaped her approach to life and business, allowing her to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and understand their unique needs.
