Her expertise in this particular niche of law is widely recognized, and she takes immense pride in her ability to help immigrants like herself achieve their American dream.
Ms. Fernandez's journey in the legal field began with her academic pursuits. She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Havana, completed in 2006 in Cub before immigrating to the United States in 2008. Her passion for international law led her to further her education at the University of Miami School of Law, where she obtained both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in international arbitration in 2017.
Prior to establishing her own firm, Ms. Fernandez gained valuable experience as a legal intern at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes in 2017. Her earlier internships at White & Case LLP and the International Chamber of Commerce in 2016 further enriched her understanding of international legal practices.
