Hailing from over 40 years of experience as a civil rights lawyer and advocate for equity and accountability, Ms. Price has established a remarkably successful legal career. As the chief executive officer of Pamela Price Enterprises, which she founded in 2025, she utilizes her extensive expertise in transactions, governance, corporate formations and real estate markets to provide advice and counsel to small business owners. Prior to establishing Pamela Price Enterprises, Ms. Price served as the District Attorney for Alameda County from 2023 to 2024. She has participated in marathons organized by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and has served as a Board Member, Board Chair and interim Executive Director for the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a member of Glad Tidings International Church of God in Christ in Hayward, California.
In recognition of her contributions to civil law and advancing the field for Black women, Ms. Price was honored with numerous accolades including four Certificates of Special Congressional Recognition between 2003 and 2017, California State Assembly Woman of the Year in 2017, a Certificate of Recognition from the California State Assembly in 2017 and Certificates of Resolutions of Commendation from the California State Senate in 2016.
