Ms. Weeks has established a distinguished career in absence management and human resources, currently serving as the head of health and productivity, analytics, and consulting practice at Prudential Financial. Since 2024, she has been instrumental in providing customized insights based on data analytics for clients. Her role involves managing a team of regional directors and senior analysts who create cutting-edge analytics. Ms. Weeks is also dedicated to uncovering significant insights and proposing solutions to enhance client support.

Ms. Weeks held several other key roles at Prudential Financial. From 2023 to 2024, she served as the senior director of the health and productivity, analytics, and consulting practice. She also excelled as the regional director between 2018 and 2023.

Ms. Weeks's career began in the 1990s when she managed workers' compensation claims in Ohio for a managed care organization based in Dublin. This role introduced her to the field, which became her passion. Ms. Weeks's journey continued at The Ohio State University, where she was recruited as a claims manager after managing their workers' compensation claims. She eventually became the director of the integrated disability team, significantly expanding it under her leadership.

After working at the university, Ms. Weeks was employed by Unum from 2014 to 2018, where she excelled in absence and disability management. During this time, she provided data analytics and insights from a disability perspective, participating in national speaking engagements and research.

Ms. Weeks's professional journey is complemented by her educational achievements. She is a certified ergonomics assessment specialist through The Back School and a certified workers' compensation professional, as recognized by Michigan State University. Additionally, Ms. Weeks graduated from Signature Leaders' Signature Select Leadership program in 2022.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Weeks is actively involved with industry-related organizations, such as the Disability Management Employer Coalition, where she has served as past president for the Ohio Chapter, and currently sits on the executive advisory board.

One of Ms. Weeks's most notable achievements during her career was establishing the transitional return-to-work program at The Ohio State University. Known as the High Estate program, it took nearly three years to implement due to the complexity of navigating various stakeholders within the university's political landscape. The program generated substantial savings in absenteeism and productivity, earning Ms. Weeks recognition in news outlets and a runner-up position for Columbus CEO Magazine's HR Excellence Award. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in changing Ohio legislation through HB487, allowing university hospitals to self-insure workers' compensation. This legislative change, signed into law by Governor John Kasich in 2012, made The Ohio State University the first public institution in Ohio to self-insure workers' compensation.

In addition to her achievements, Ms. Weeks remains committed to supporting the growth and success of her team members. Eager for the future, she intends to become an active consultant post-retirement, where she can leverage her expertise to support clients.
