FORT WORTH, TX, August 06, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michael J. Pastusek has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Before his current position, Mr. Pastusek embarked on his professional journey. Working in manufacturing and engineering for over 10 years laid the foundation for his career. This early experience provided him with invaluable insights into the intricacies of manufacturing processes and operations. In 1976 he started his own computerized manufacturing business. Over the past 40+ years manufacturing and designing products for the agricultural, construction, medical, oil and gas, electrical, auto, and aerospace industries he honed his skills and developed a keen understanding of these industries, which has been instrumental in his subsequent achievements.
Mr. Pastusek's educational background includes engineering and architectural coursework at The University of Texas at Arlington. Although he did not complete a degree program, the knowledge and skills acquired during his time there have significantly contributed to his professional success. He attributes much of his accomplishments to the support and values instilled by his family and upbringing, which have been pivotal in shaping his work ethic and dedication.
At AmeriBand, Mr. Pastusek has also ventured into creative projects, including co-inventing the "Little Engine That Does," which shows his inventive prowess and dedication to innovation, applying his expertise in primary design work. This project aligns with his goal of developing energy efficient and low emissions engines. This is a testament to his innovative spirit and dedication to advanced technology. This engine, with its infinitely variable displacement of 3:1, variable compression ratio and valve timing, compact size, light weight, reduced friction, and low idle speed can produce a wide range of power while greatly reducing fuel consumption and emission.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Pastusek is actively involved in his local church and civic-minded organizations, notably volunteering with Meals on Wheels and Union Gospel Mission. His commitment to giving back to the community reflects his deep-seated belief in supporting those in need and fostering a sense of community.
Family values are central to Mr. Pastusek's life and work. He takes immense pride in nurturing a family and creating employment opportunities that enable others to provide for their loved ones. This focus on family extends beyond his personal life into his business practices, where he emphasizes creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Pastusek enjoys hunting (today mostly with a camera) and fishing, a pastime that allows him to connect with nature and unwind from the demands of his career. Looking ahead, he aims to see his engines used in the auto, trucking, industrial, and agricultural industries.
