She joined Arbor Networks in 2007 as a senior human resources partner, where she delivered full-cycle HR support with a focus on compliance, process design, and employee advocacy. Her early impact included leading benefits strategy, developing policies, and managing key compliance functions such as FMLA coordination, leaves of absence, and onboarding.
In 2010, Arbor Networks was acquired by Danaher Corporation, where Ms. Cody advanced into the human resources manager role. She became a trusted advisor to leadership, supporting core HR functions—compensation, performance management, employee engagemeny, and training—while leading enterprise-wide Danaher leadership development programs and overseeing complex employee relations investigations. During this time, she played a pivotal role in cultural transformation, organizational development, and change management across the business.
Following the acquisition by NETSCOUT in 2015, Ms. Cody transitioned into the role of senior human resource manager, where she served as the primary HR business partner in the engineering vertical. A member of the engineering leadership team, she influenced succession planning, workforce design, and performance strategies while guiding the organization through M&A integration, talent program implementation, and compensation alignment. She consistently championed cultural continuity and delivered measurable improvements in employee engagement, satisfaction, and leadership capability.
