Under her management, the agency gained a reputation for excellence, serving high-profile clients such as Cerveceria Nacional (now Anheuser-Busch InBev), Favorita Fruit Co., and leading companies in the poultry, pasta, beverages and homecare products industries. From 2013 to 2016, Ms. Garcia held the position of marketing manager at Sumesa S.A., where she honed her skills in managing marketing strategies and budgets. Her tenure at Sumesa S.A. began earlier as a product manager from 2001 to 2004. These experiences laid the foundation for Ms. Garcia's comprehensive understanding of product management and advertising.

Ms. Garcia's early entrepreneurial spirit was evident when she opened a retail franchise called Caro Cuore Store in Guayaquil, Ecuador in 1997. Inspired by a South American brand similar to Victoria's Secret, she independently managed the store until 2002. Despite economic challenges and a highly competitive retail environment, the venture provided Ms. Garcia with valuable insights into retail marketing, brand positioning and international trade.

A proud alumna of the University of Miami, Ms. Garcia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in communication, which has been instrumental in shaping her career trajectory. Her passion for lifelong learning is evident in her continued education, including a certificate in special studies in administration and management from Harvard Extension School and a digital marketing specialist certification from Miami Dade College. Most recently, Ms. Garcia was awarded a scholarship for advanced marketing studies and was honored to represent her campus by saying the Pledge of Allegiance.
