She also plays a vital role in gathering business requirements, maintaining stakeholder relationships, reporting to executive leadership, developing product roadmaps, and managing full product release cycles. Her portfolio includes overseeing multiple initiatives related to media content distribution on platforms such as Spectrum, Hulu, Roku, and Amazon. Notably, she leads an innovative Al project focused on ensuring compliance with advertising regulations across these streaming services.

Prior to joining Brooksource, Ms. Walters was a Vice President and Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant at Wells Fargo from 2022 to 2025. Her work supported key financial domains including home mortgages, home equity, payroll, international payroll, and employee document management. She began her tenure at Wells Fargo in 2017 as a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant before earning her promotion.

Ms. Walters brings a diverse and disciplined background shaped by over a decade of service in the United States Army (2009-2021). She began her military career as a Signal Support Systems Specialist, managing communications for field and training operations. In 2011, she was selected for the Federal Agent Program, where she completed specialized training and served as a Special Agent in the Criminal Investigation Division. Her military career included conducting investigations for Department of Defense personnel and providing protective services for high-level officials.

Her professional journey also includes serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Engility Corporation (2015- 2017) and as an Account Relationship Manager at United Parcel Service Inc. (2008), where she handled contract negotiations and client relations for major corporate accounts.

Ms. Walters holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Summa Cum Laude, from Claflin University (2008) and a Master of Arts in Human Services with a concentration in Executive Leadership from Liberty University (2012), which she earned while on active duty.

Committed to service beyond her professional roles, Ms. Walters is actively involved with civic organizations such as the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Second Harvest Food Bank. She volunteers at schools, participates in holiday food drives, sponsors families during Christmas, and donates classroom materials to teachers.

Her accomplishments have been recognized with several honors, including the Office of the Secretary of Defense Badge in 2014. Ms. Walters credits her success to the unwavering support of her family, whose encouragement has been instrumental in her journey. Looking ahead, she aspires to launch her own consulting firm, where she hopes to empower others by offering resources and guidance to help them realize their goals.
