Among Mr. Flynn's most notable achievements was while employed with Prince William County Government. In his position, he played a pivotal role in transforming a failed retail property into a pioneering mental health crisis receiving center in Prince William County. This $30 million redevelopment project is scheduled to open as a state prototype in September 2025, offering critical services such as community support offices, crisis intervention spaces, and police resources.
