Mr. Papadopoulos has established a distinguished career of nearly 20 years in real estate development, architecture and project management. Currently serving as a senior project manager at Gilbane Development in New York City, he is responsible for driving projects to completion, supervising team operations and collaborating with partners, contractors, subcontractors and designers. His wide-ranging expertise in real estate development, affordable housing, design, construction and budgeting has been a contributing benefit to many successful mixed-use residential projects throughout New York City.

Prior to reaching his position at Gilbane, Mr. Papadopoulos was a partner at Precision Capital from 2021 to 2023. During this time, he honed his skills in financial management and strategic planning within the real estate sector. Before that, he served as a development associate at Titanium Realty Group in New York City in 2020, during which he gained valuable insights into the intricacies of property development. From 2019 to 2020, he was a development project manager at Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate. In total and over the course of his development carrier Mr. Papadopoulos has overseen the design and construction of various developments that combined for over 1.5 million gross square feet and 1,636 units.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Papadopoulos spent over a decade as an associate at Hill West Architects, where he directed the production of multi-family mixed-use developments consisting of more than 2.5 million gross square feet and 1,500 units. This experience further highlighted his wide-ranging architectural acumen, giving him the opportunity to work on significant projects such as Riverside Park as well as Waterline Square.

Mr. Papadopoulos' academic background has been pivotal in his achievements. He earned a master's degree in real estate finance from New York University in 2021 and holds both a master's degree and a Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering from the University of Hartford. Determined to broaden his horizons and make an impact outside the classroom, he was a member of the University of Hartford's division 1 men's lacrosse team and participated in a study abroad program in Adelaide, Australia.

Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning, Mr. Papadopoulos has obtained several certifications that have further enhanced his capabilities. He became a licensed architect, practicing in the states of New York and New Jersey, through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards in 2018 and became a LEED Green Associate in 2024. Though his career counts many milestones, he is especially proud of his involvement in the Waterline Square project — a superblock consisting of three 30+ story luxury high-rise buildings that comprises nearly 400 units — in West Manhattan.

Also known for his community service contributions, Mr. Papadopoulos is an active donor to the Children of Armenia Charitable Fund, which aids children in need under the age of 18 through education, health programs and social development initiatives. In his personal life, he enjoys listening to music, appreciating the arts, playing golf and lacrosse, watching movies and fishing with his family.

Looking to the future with optimism, Mr. Papadopoulos aims to gain more exposure and knowledge in finance and underwriting with the ultimate goal of starting his own firm.
