Earlier in his professional journey, Mr. Morrison served in the United States Navy from 1963 to 1967. At the age of 17, he first encountered the job of Chief Petty Officer compartment cleaner, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors, which would later become a career. He would serve in Fighter Squadron 51 and go on three WesPac Vietnam cruises before the age of 21. His military service instilled in him a sense of discipline and resilience that would later inform his approach to business and leadership.

Among his most notable achievements is the period between 1997 and 2003, when Mr. Morrison secured and managed a contract servicing 329 Arizona postal facilities across Arizona. During this time, he trained over 1,500 maintenance professionals, leaving a lasting impact on industry standards and practices. His pioneering efforts were recognized with the Trailblazer Award, underscoring his influence and dedication to advancing facility management.

Mr. Morrison's academic background includes coursework at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, Oregon. He also earned a certificate of completion in fine and studio arts from Columbia School of Broadcasting in 1971. These educational experiences contributed to his multifaceted skill set, blending technical knowledge with creative insight—qualities that have proven invaluable throughout his career.

In 2011, he was a co-speaker at the 40th Reunion of USS Ticonderoga on CVA-14 night in Washington D.C., marking another proud milestone in his storytelling journey.

In October 1997 as leader of the Garfield County, Oklahoma Promise Keepers Mr. Morrison took a "rainbow bus" (named so because it contained many ethnic groups totaling 45 men) to the "Stand In The Gap" Promise Keepers rally in Washington, D.C. The rally garnered national attention as it has been said there were up to a million men that attended.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Morrison describes himself as a peaceful artist who is deeply disheartened by growing negativity and division in society. He expresses a sincere longing for greater compassion and unity, lamenting the prevalence of hate in today's world.

In his personal life, Mr. Morrison is the father of one daughter and enjoys activities such as poker, karaoke, fishing, dancing and traveling. He envisions deepening his involvement in philanthropy while continuing his entrepreneurial work.
