From 1985 to 1988, Mr. Daniels served as a certified flight instructor specializing in primary, advanced and instrument instruction at Mitchell Aeronautical Institute. Additionally, in 1986, Mr. Daniels contributed as a primary and advanced ground instructor at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Here, he provided essential theoretical instruction that complemented hands-on flight training, supporting the development of well-rounded aviation professionals.

Mr. Daniels' academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in geography and geomorphology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned in 1985. This educational foundation provided him with a comprehensive understanding of physical landscapes and spatial analysis—knowledge that proved invaluable throughout his aviation career as he navigated diverse terrains and weather patterns.

Mr. Daniels holds several certifications that have been instrumental in his professional journey, including commercial instrument multi-engine certified flight instructor with advanced aeronautical training and instruction from Mitchell Aeronautical Institute. These credentials enabled him to instruct at multiple levels and contributed significantly to his effectiveness as both a pilot and educator.

Throughout his life, Mr. Daniels has credited much of his success to the unwavering support of his family, particularly his paternal grandfather. He also attributes his achievements to persistence and a steadfast belief that he is never alone in his endeavors.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Daniels has demonstrated a strong dedication to civic engagement. He is involved with The Liberty Foundation Inc., serves as a donor and volunteer at his local church and supports St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
