To put this commitment into action, she founded an Associate Producer Roundtable, a dedicated forum where rising producers connect, share knowledge, and develop leadership skills in a supportive environment. Through this initiative, she cultivates a pipeline of diverse talent, believing that fostering inclusivity and growth is essential to building a stronger, more innovative live events industry.

In 2025, Ana founded RÖSCH Productions, where she currently serves as producer, project manager, and event consultant. Excited to embark on this new endeavor, she aims to push creative and operational boundaries while fostering authentic cultural connections through her work.

With over 15 years of experience, Ana is recognized for leading complex, high-profile live events across the United States and internationally. She expertly manages broadcast-quality productions, complex budgets, and large teams, delivering seamless, memorable experiences to global audiences. Her leadership style balances calm and clear communication under pressure with a strong commitment to the wellbeing and growth of her teams.

Before founding RÖSCH, Ana was an executive producer at TAIT, leading pioneering projects including an AI conference for a top tech company and activations during the Paris Olympics for a major sportswear brand. These required navigating complex logistics across multiple time zones and managing diverse teams of fifty+ members.

Ana's career began as a production intern at Production Glue, where she quickly advanced to producer. There, she managed conferences, brand activations, and award shows for prominent clients, with her teams earning Clio, MUSE Creative, and BizBash awards for creative excellence.

Throughout her career, Ana has been a member of several industry organizations, including IAAPA and the Event Safety Alliance, reflecting her ongoing dedication to professional standards and safety.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ana has volunteered extensively within her community, including serving as a crisis counselor for Crisis Text Line. She credits the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of live events for developing skills that have helped her effectively communicate with individuals in crisis. Outside of her work producing world-class events, Ana finds balance through reading fiction, beach walks, and attending live concerts.
