Notably, Mr. Menezes contributed as the technical project manager at Wabtec Passenger Transit from 2011 through 2017, managing large-scale projects focused on passenger rail systems and leveraging his deep understanding of both software engineering and railroad operations. His foundational experience includes serving as a senior railroad specialist at MRS Logistica SA in Brazil from 2010 to 2011, where he provided guidance on operations and technology integration.
