Her efforts in establishing organizational functions and developing internal capabilities were crucial in gaining support from the leadership team and board of directors. Previously, she served as the enterprise learning lead for business transformation from 2020 to 2022. Her journey with ADM began in 1998 as the corporate compliance trainer, where she continued expanding her reach and experience to become manager of communications, training and learning. Ms. Steffeny's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in communications studies in journalism from the University of Northern Iowa in 1994.
