He currently serves as a senior director at Ascendion, a role he has held since 2024. Prior to his current position, Mr. Sridharan was a practice engagement manager at Infosys Limited from 2022 to 2024. For the preceding year, he served as a director at Capgemini, following his tenure as a portfolio manager at the same company from 2016 to 2021. His career also includes roles as a program manager at IGATE from 2014 to 2016 and as a service delivery manager at TATA Consultancy Services Limited in India in 2014 before immigrating to the United States.

Mr. Sridharan's earlier career milestones include serving as the program test manager of the NFE Program for SAP Global Rollout at TATA Consultancy Services Limited in Bonn, Germany, from 2012 to 2013. He was also an offshore delivery manager in India the previous year and a test manager in the Brussels area of Belgium for three years. He gained initial experience as a test lead and QA analyst in India, a mainframe programmer and an assistant systems engineer trainee.

Equipping him for future accomplishments, Mr. Sridharan earned a Master of Business Administration in business analytics and digital marketing from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He then completed a postgraduate program in cloud computing at McCombs School of Business, The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, he holds a bachelor's degree in instrumentation and control engineering and a diploma in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Madras.

Mr. Sridharan's professional credentials are further bolstered by several certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, Project Management Professional and Associate Life Management Institute. Reflecting on his career, he attributes his success to the challenging opportunities he has encountered, guidance from exemplary leaders, support from friends and family and his robust educational background.

Mr. Sridharan's excellence has been recognized with the Best Performer Award and Best Service Provider Award. Beyond his professional endeavors, he has been involved with civic-minded organizations, serving as vice president of the BLITZ Foundation from 2002 to 2004.
