Ms. Wayman has carved a distinguished career as a senior intelligence technical expert, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, public speaking, operational planning, intelligence analysis and national security. Her journey began in 1984 when she joined the U.S. Army, inspired by her great-uncle's stories of camaraderie and service during World War II. Throughout her 40-year military career, she rose through the ranks to become a chief warrant officer five, a testament to her expertise in leadership development and signals intelligence. Her most notable achievement was being selected as the first official command chief warrant officer for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command from 2015 to 2017.

Immediately prior to her retirement from the military in December 2024, Ms. Wayman founded Whiskey Squared LLC, where she serves as a business owner. The company serves two roles. The first as a platform for mentoring and public speaking. The second as subcontracting support for analysis, training and operations within the Department of Defense, the U.S. intelligence community and law enforcement. Additionally, she holds an executive role with Aumakua Technical Solutions LLC. Her business endeavors are complemented by her involvement with The Commit Foundation and The Honor Foundation, where she is an alum.

Ms. Wayman's dedication to mentoring future leaders is evident in her military service. During her 28 years of U.S. Army warrant officer service, she identified and recommended 34 individuals for assession to become warrant officers, the technical experts in their fields. Her commitment to excellence is further highlighted by her membership in numerous industry-related organizations, including the Military Women's Memorial Circle of 500, the Association of the Old Crows, the US Army Warrant Officer Association, and the Military Intelligence Corps Association.

Ms. Wayman's academic achievements include an Associate of Arts from Excelsior University and a certification in executive influence from LinkedIn, earned in 2024. These educational pursuits have bolstered her ability to lead and mentor others effectively. Ms. Wayman attributes her success to determination and resilience, qualities that have driven her to encourage others to believe in themselves despite the challenges they face.

Throughout her career, Ms. Wayman has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including induction into the U.S. Army Women's Foundation Hall of Fame in 2020, the Army Distinguished Service Medal and the Knowlton Award for lifetime achievement in military intelligence.

In her personal life, Ms. Wayman enjoys traveling, spending time with her children and grandchildren and engaging in outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting. Looking ahead, she plans to focus on public speaking to mentor individuals across various demographics, helping them recognize their self-worth and potential.
