Ms. Bhattacharya's early career included roles in hospitality management working at reputable hotel chains such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, ITC Hotels and The Oberoi.

Ms. Bhattacharya's professional journey has been deeply influenced by her transition from the hospitality industry into human resources. This pivotal shift allowed her to leverage her natural strengths in connection, support and mentorship.

In preparation for her future, Ms. Bhattacharya received a bachelor's degree in economics and commerce from Jesus and Mary College in New Delhi. This educational background has been instrumental in shaping her analytical skills and understanding of economic principles, which have proven invaluable throughout her career. Ms. Bhattacharya's commitment to ongoing learning was further evident through her pursuit of numerous certifications, including ongoing certifications such as Hogan, DISC, Strengthfinder, The Inner Game of Tennis, Emotional Intelligence and EMCC EQA Assessor. Additionally, she is well versed in using clean language coaching and neuro-linguistic programming coaching, and graphology. She is currently an ICF & EMCC Certified Coach and is expected to complete the ICF's Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential through Coacharya in 2025.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Bhattacharya is actively engaged in civic-minded organizations. She supports charities within her local church community in California and provides pro bono coaching services to universities and schools. Her volunteer work extends to teaching after-school math classes and participating in various small-scale activities that align with her interests.

Ms. Bhattacharya's global experiences, having lived in India, the Philippines, and now California, have also enriched her perspective and informed her approach as a leader with an international mindset.
