Beginning his professional career in 2014, Mr. Gregg worked in customer service for Insurance and Financial Services in Stamford, Connecticut, where he developed foundational client service skills. Subsequently, he coached hockey at Twin Rinks Stamford in 2016, where he was involved in mentoring young athletes and fostering teamwork and discipline.

Mr. Gregg earned a Bachelor of Arts in International and American government from Wesleyan University, which was conferred in 2020. He later earned a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in strategy and consulting, sustainability and management, and leadership from the University of North Carolina in 2025. This advanced degree equipped Mr. Gregg with strategic decision-making capabilities that have been instrumental in his professional achievements.

While working toward his undergraduate degree, Mr. Gregg gained valuable experience through internships. He completed an international global marketing internship at Elizabeth Arden in 2017, a second internship at Revlon in a sales capacity in 2018, and a third internship in sales and marketing at The Wine Trust in Southbury, Connecticut, in 2019. Further enhancing his credentials, Mr. Gregg obtained certification in environmental sustainability and governance from Copenhagen Business School.

Mr. Gregg holds membership with The Post, AthletesTouch, Elevate Collection and Profluence Sports. He has also been committed to serving on the board of mentors for Collegiate Development Alliance since 2025. Previously, Mr. Gregg generously donated his time as a junior board member for ExpandED Schools, as well as for the Stamford Community Food Bank and the Stamford Museum & Nature Center.
