Currently serving as a superintendent at LMC Construction since 2025, he is overseeing a significant affordable housing project on a four-and-a-half-acre property in Portland, Oregon. In this role, he is responsible for managing the master project schedule, facilitating meetings and ensuring the alignment of site operations with strategic goals. Mr. Bolliger works closely with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain project momentum and ensure high-quality results.

Prior to joining LMC, Mr. Bolliger held several key roles at Holland Partner Group from 2013 to 2015 and 2018 to 2025. As a project superintendent he was involved with various projects, including the Holland corporate building in downtown Vancouver. As a lead project superintendent, he managed a garden style apartment project in Beaverton, Oregon which was a 12 acre site with eight residential buildings and one common area buildings that featured various amenities including a pool area. His tenure at Holland Partner Group was marked by his adept management and coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and interior finishes, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of construction sequencing.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Bolliger made a substantial impact at JBA LLC from 2015 to 2018, where he contributed to a joint venture involving a 16-story mid-rise building with a two city block below grade parking structure. His oversight of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and elevator systems on this development highlighted his technical proficiency and ability to coordinate various subcontractors. While with JBA he also led his first commercial project, the Burnham & Ash Apartments project in Tigard, Oregon. This was a career-defining moment that involved navigating unexpected challenges such as a buried water treatment facility which had to be removed from the building footprint during the winter months. This challenge was amplified due to the site being located on at creek and having contaminated soil. At just 32 years old, Mr. Bolliger's and his team were able to successfully deliver the project which helped to establish him as a rising leader in the Pacific Northwest construction sector.

Mr. Bolliger's professional journey began with early roles that built a strong foundation. He served as a site coordinator at Holland Partner Group between 2013 and 2015 and held his first superintendent position with John Residential Construction Group in 2015. His first exposure to professional life came in sales and marketing at Bolliger & Sons Inc., a family-run insurance business in Portland, where he worked from 2008 to 2010. This early experience shaped Mr. Bolliger's interpersonal skills and understanding of business operations.

Mr. Bolliger's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in communications from Portland State University, which he completed in 2008. Prior to Portland State he attended the University of Oregon. In addition to his education, he attributes much of his professional success to the values of humility and perseverance instilled by his father. A strong believer in leading by example, Mr. Bolliger emphasizes teamwork and believes that success in any industry is best achieved when individuals act collaboratively and support one another. This belief is rooted primarily to his exposure to sports from childhood into college.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Mr. Bolliger remains actively engaged in his community. He supports civic causes, volunteering when available, and donating clothing to those in need. In his personal life, he enjoys traveling with his wife in their travel trailer, often taking weekend trips to the Oregon coast to unwind. Mr. Bolliger also enjoys golf and fishing.
