Since 2023, he has served as the head of engineering finance at AIBOT US Supply Inc., where he focuses on financial planning and analysis, manages finance and supply chain operations and leads business development initiatives. In this capacity, Mr. Adeyemi identifies opportunities for product integration, ensures efficient financial and operational strategies and provides critical support to the engineering team. From 2019 to 2022, Mr. Adeyemi was controller at Arrowhead Products, where he oversaw financial operations and contributed to the company's fiscal management and strategic planning. Between 2017 and 2019, he served as a senior manager of cost analysis and control at Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX). During that time, he played a pivotal role in the company's financial turnaround efforts, contributing to the growth of inventory and production assets from approximately $200 million to over $2 billion by 2019. This period was advantageous for Mr. Adeyemi as he witnessed the company's evolution into a major industry player. He previously excelled as a manager of cost analysis and control at SpaceX for nearly a decade, beginning in 2010.

From 2002 to 2010, Mr. Adeyemi worked as a senior cost analyst at Ford Motor Company. He is especially proud of his contributions to engineering, cost management and business growth during this period. Among other notable roles, Mr. Adeyemi served as a partner at Core Technical Services in Nigeria from 2001 to 2006, contributing to technical consulting projects and business development initiatives within the region. He also held leading roles at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and DaimlerChrysler Corporation. Mr. Adeyemi began his professional journey as a teaching and research assistant at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 1995 to 1997.

Mr. Adeyemi's academic background has been integral to his professional success. He initially completed coursework at the Nigerian Defense Academy in Kaduna in 1994 before earning a Bachelor of Science in aerospace, aeronautical and astronautical engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating in 1995. Subsequently, he received a Master of Science in mechanical engineering at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro in 1997 and a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University in Rochester Hills in 2000. Mr. Adeyemi is recognized as a licensed professional engineer.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Adeyemi has demonstrated strong civic engagement through various leadership roles. He is a past president of both the Detroit Metro Soccer League and the International Student Association at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. His commitment extends further through numerous community service engagements aimed at fostering development and inclusion.

As a researcher, Mr. Adeyemi has authored several technical publications that have contributed valuable insights to the engineering community. He also secured a U.S. patent alongside colleagues, serving as a testament to his commitment to advancing technology within his field.

Mr. Adeyemi's contributions have been recognized with several honors, including an Outstanding Service Award from Kwara State in Nigeria and a Service Award from Igumina Community in North America.
